We are proud to announce that Matt Hardy, a dedicated 16-year union member and Riverside Construction Co. Teamster Foreman, was awarded the prestigious Southern California Contractors Safe Driver Award at the 2025 SCCA Safety Banquet.
Matt’s exceptional dedication to safety and reliability has earned him this well-deserved recognition. As the primary driver responsible for hauling Riverside Construction’s heavy equipment to project sites, Matt has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance. With a flawless driving record, Matt has consistently maintained zero moving violations and has passed continuous clean CHP inspections throughout his career.
His dedication to ensuring that all equipment is safely and efficiently transported has contributed significantly to the success of Riverside Construction, and his remarkable track record of zero driving incidents serves as a testament to his professionalism and expertise.

Meridian Business Center Drainage Facilities
This project added drainage facilities to the Meridian Business Center.
State Street Extension, Phase 1
This project extended State Street between Baseline Street and 16th Street to four lanes to be a major arterial street.
California Street Widening and Storm Drain Improvements
The project consisted of installation of 2,590 feet of 4’x2’ R.C.B., catch basins, sidewalk, curb, gutter, street widening, street lights and striping.
